Vitamins are broken down into two categories: Fat-soluble and Water-soluble
Fat-soluble: A, D, E, and K
Water-soluble: B and C
Additionally, we must replenish the vitamins in our bodies for maximum health. Not only vitamins but also, minerals and trace minerals.
Recommended Intakes will be labeled as:
Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA)
Adequate Intake (AI)
Estimated Average Required (EAR)
Tolerable Upper Intake (UL)
